This gift is permanently laser engraved, not printed. The engraving will be gold in colour underneath the rustic brown leatherette. All items depicted or described which are not specified in the inclusions list are excluded. If you need to clean your leatherette item, use a damp, warm soapy cloth or sponge. Do not soak in water, avoid direct contact with running water and do not put through a dishwasher or washing machine.

Photo Personalisation Tips

The quality of the photo you upload matters. A low-quality image will produce a low-quality engraving.
Laser engraving takes on variances of the material underneath, so it is best to make the focus area, such as faces, as large as possible. If the focus areas are small and happen to be in a part of the material that lasers very light or dark, or where there is material contouring, some of the detail may be lost. A photo enlarged to focus on the important elements will often be large enough to compensate for the variance.
Upload the highest-quality photo you have with balanced contrast. Avoid photos with intense shadows, darkness or brightness, especially in the focus area.
After your photo is on the design canvas:

Resize your photo in the mask area so the focus area, like faces, is as large as possible. Click on your photo in the design canvas, select a corner and drag it to resize.

Reposition your photo in the mask area to your desired location. Ensure your photo covers the whole mask area; otherwise, it will be an odd shape. Click on your photo in the design canvas, and drag it to move it within the image mask.
