The quality of the photo you upload matters. If you upload a low-quality or low-resolution image, it will produce a low-quality engraving. For the best result, upload the highest-quality photo with excellent and balanced contrast between the focus area, like faces and the background. The focus area should be significant to achieve the best detail. Images with intense shadows or brightness of the focus area should be avoided, including nighttime shots.

When uploading an image to our online designer, image processing occurs. Some will be processed quickly within a few seconds, while large-good quality images may take minutes. Once your image is loaded on the page, you can click on the image in the design canvas, select a corner and drag it to resize it to your desired size.
