There may be subtle differences in the stitching on the received items from those shown in our images. This gift is permanently laser engraved, not printed. The engraving will be gold in colour underneath the black leatherette. All items depicted or described which are not specified in the inclusions list are excluded. Clean your leatherette item using a damp, warm soapy cloth or sponge. Do not soak in water, avoid direct contact with running water and do not put through a dishwasher or washing machine.

Photo Upload Tips

The quality of the photo you upload matters. If you upload a low-quality or low-resolution image, it will produce a low-quality engraving. For the best result, upload the highest-quality photo with excellent and balanced contrast between the focus area, like faces and the background. The focus area should be significant to achieve the best detail. Images with intense shadows or brightness of the focus area should be avoided, such as nighttime shots.

If you only have a poor quality or low-resolution photo, you can select our photo enhancement option. When choosing our photo enhancement service, you will need to re-upload your image in the provided field.

When uploading an image to our online designer, image processing occurs. Some will be processed quickly within a few seconds, while large-good quality images may take minutes. Once your image is loaded on the page, you can click on the image in the design canvas, select a corner and drag it to resize it to your desired size.
